La sensibilità è un tratto caratteriale che viene screditato da molte persone, perfino confuso con timidezza, fragilità e follia. Chi lo possiede vive inevitabilmente in un microcosmo inattaccabile, ma incompreso. Io credo, però, che chi è sensibile possa provare emozioni più forti e viva una vita migliore. Il creativo è colui che parla senza parlare, ha quella veloce capacità di comunicare, tende a fare associazioni inusuali e creare cose di rara bellezza. Io non potrei vivere bene senza star a contatto con questo tipo di persona...

BLACK DRESS AND DENIM

Piazza Vittorio Emanuele è il fulcro di un quartiere che, da borghese, si è trasformato in multietnico. Passeggiando fra gli ambulanti, l'occhio cade su quelle strade che sembrano appartenere a China Town. Cinesi come indiani aprono attività e si stanziano qui con le loro famiglie. Io sono affascinata dalla diversità e nei loro occhi vedo e scopro qualcosa che mi piace. La sensazione di sentirsi straniera nella mia città è difficile da spiegare, ma è una condizione che non soffro affatto. Credo solo che io, come loro, sia curiosa e inizialmente diffidente. Dopo un primo momento di sguardi arcigni, ho ricevuto, infatti, molti sorrisi e mi sono divertita. Il roseto alle spalle, un sole pallido e un paio di occhiali che nascondeva i bagordi del sabato sera, hanno incorniciato una location discutibile ma significativa; odori forti di cibi speziati hanno, invece, accompagnato il mio ritorno verso casa.

Chinese like Indian people open activities and established themselves with their families. I am fascinated by the diversity and in their eyes I see and I find something I like. The feeling of being foreigner in your city is beyond words, but a condition that I do not suffer at all. I just think that I, like them, am curious and initially wary. After a moment of grim looks, I received many smiles and I enjoyed it. The rose garden behind, a pale sun and a pair of glasses that hid the revelry of Saturday night framed a questionable but meaningful location; on other hand, strong smells of spicy foods accompanied my way back home.

BLOGGING? JUST SAY YES!

Pochi sono i momenti per uno spazio intimista, molti quelli che perdi a risolvere questioni che non meriterebbero un minuto speso a favore. Seppur brevi, però, sono per me fondamentali al fine di coltivare le mie passioni. Così nasce l'idea del blogging, per non dimenticare chi sei e soprattutto per comunicarlo. 

Dopo qualche anno di esperienza e molte richieste da parte dei followers, oggi vi espongo cosa penso riguardo al "fantastico" mondo del blog e vi svelo alcuni clichés. Anzitutto è un terreno fertile quanto insidioso, laddove sei sprovvisto di perseveranza, intuito e creatività. Senza una di queste caratteristiche, ti senti come una gazzella indifesa dinanzi le fauci di un leone. Bisogna proporre qualcosa di semplice ed inusuale, che desti curiosità e non annoi troppo. C'è una spietata selezione a monte, soprattutto fra i fashion blogs. Tale è la saturazione nel web e l'arma vincente è esser se stessi. Il mio interesse non è solo rivolto agli ultimi trends, ai fashion shows e ai must have. Quello che due anni fa era un hobby, ora è un lavoro cui dedico una parte del mio tempo. Altro cliché da abbattere è "il blogger non è una figura professionale"; chi inizia in Italia non sa cosa sia e cade nella trappola di truffatori e maldicenze. Bisogna, anche questa volta, selezionare le persone con cui si instaurano collaborazioni ed accettare le prime a titolo gratuito. Il blogging o il guest blogging (ossia scrivere qualcosa per qualcuno) è la migliore forma di creare relazioni umane e lavorative. Ciò che trovo stimolante è il confronto continuo con persone che operano nel settore moda qui e all'estero. Ne sono uscita inevitabilmente arricchita e ho migliorato le mie competenze di scrittura. Scrivere da blogger, poi, non è come scrivere un testo qualsiasi. Bisogna esser diretti, acquisire velocemente un linguaggio specifico e condividere il più possibile nei social networks. La semplicità, come la veracità, premiano a posteriori. Se sei mosso da una grande passione, ciò che ho appena menzionato, sarà solo in un primo momento difficile da tollerare. Se non sei fortemente motivato, ti invito a non buttarti in questa avventura. Molti si fanno chiamare fashion bloggers e webinfluencers, ma non sono altro che le marionette manovrate da infide mani o la falsa riga di professionisti affermati. 

Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare chi mi ha sempre sostenuto e rispondendo alla consueta domanda "dove trovi il tempo?", vi assicuro che non è affatto facile, ma basta organizzarsi.

We have to offer something simple and unusual, that awaken curiosity and doesn't get bored too. There is a ruthless selection upstream, especially among the fashion blogs. This is the saturation in the web, that the winning is to be oneself. My interest is not just aimed at recent trends, to fashion shows and must have. What two years ago was an hobby, now it is a job which I devote part of my time. Another cliché is to break down "the blogger is not a role"; who starts to do it in Italy, does not know what it is and fall into the trap of scammers and malicious gossip. You must, once again, choose the people with whom you establish partnerships and accept the first free of charge. Blogging or guest blogging (ie write something for someone) is the best form for having new human relationships and employment. What I find exciting is the constant comparison with people who work in the fashion industry here and abroad. I came out inevitably enriched and I improved my writing skills. Write to bloggers, then, is not how to write any text. You have to be direct, quickly acquire a specific language and share as much as possible in social networks. The simplicity, as the truth, reward afterwards. If you are driven by a passion, what I just mentioned will be only at first difficult to tolerate. If you are highly motivated, I invite you to not throw you in this adventure. Many call themselves fashion blogger and webinfluencer, but they are nothing that puppets manipulated by treacherous hands or along the lines of established professionals.

Ho il piacere di annunciarvi un evento cui non potete mancare: dal 2 al 4 Giugno Mark Schwartz presenterà l'anteprima della sua nuova collezione. Vi mostro, infatti, una scarpa, da lui appena disegnata, che mi ha inviato così da poterla condividere con voi. Mi piacciono molto le aperture sui lati del piede ed il blu accostato al bianco che la rendono un pò navy. Il tacco ovviamente non manca mai, perché la prerogativa di una donna è esser il più femminile possibile.

SHOE ART BY MARK SCHWARTZ

Indagando sul significato delle scarpe nei dipinti, ho scoperto come molti pittori le abbiano rappresentate in tutte le forme, colori e materiali. 

In un quadro del' 400 Cura e governo degli ammalati, per esempio, ne appaiono due tipi: uno di legno con i tacchi alti che appartiene a un giovane riccioluto e delle pantofole che si vedono accanto ad un uomo che cura un ferito. Nel '500, invece, sono di cuoio nel dipinto Il banchetto Nuziale. Le scarpe, fino all'800, sono ancora considerate un accessorio di lusso. A darne un ulteriore prova è Telemaco Signorini che, però, riscontra un altro dato importante. Trasferitosi a Edimburgo vede i cittadini borghesi a spiedi scalzi; da ciò dedusse che la scarpa non aveva alcun significato sociale in quella nazione. 

Primo fra questi, a mio avviso, fu Van Gogh. Egli dipinse una collezione di scarponi malmessi e vecchi. Cosa significassero non si sa esattamente, ancora nessuno è in grado di interpretarli. Heidegger sosteneva che quelle scarpe, dai lacci consumati, segnalassero la fatica di una contadina nei campi che Van Gogh voleva omaggiare; per Shapiro, invece, sono degli autoritratti. 

Mark Schwartz, come questi pittori, ne ha dipinto moltissime. Alcune cose, però, mi hanno colpito del quadro sopra indicato. In primo luogo la scelta dei colori che egli predilige: intensi e giustapposti caratterizzano le scarpe nei suoi dipinti. Inoltre, la mia attenzione è caduta così sul colore che cade vertiginosamente a terra come alcune parole scritte in modo disordinato. Infine, uno smile in mezzo a queste scarpe che ci trasmette molta positività e allegria.
